The Chamber of Commerce of Dolenjska and Bela krajina has recognized our efforts in the field of innovation this year as well.
In collaboration with REM d.o.o., we have been awarded the silver award for the innovation: Living unit with intelligent comfort management and high sound insulation

We held the official opening of our new business premises on September 2 in a very pleasant atmosphere. We invited business partners from Slovenia and abroad, mayors from various municipalities and guests of honor from Slovenia and abroad, as well as our friends and colleagues. Together we were able to enjoy a pleasant cultural programme, performed by the Šentjernej Municipality Wind Orchestra, the Šentjernej Octet, the children of the Šentlora folklore group from the Šentjernej Primary School and other musical and dance points. Guests not only enjoyed the cultural programme, but also the culinary programme, where they could choose from the offer of various local caterers and winemakers.
We’ve probably all heard this same question from our children before …
To introduce our work to our loved ones, we organised a meeting for family members and gave them a guided tour of the company’s departments.
The little ones were thrilled to see the products coming out of their parents’ hands and they were overjoyed to sit in the same chair as the role model in their lives.
The second part of the gathering took place outside, where we could enjoy good food and refreshments. Of course, it was not to be forgotten:
🏰🎈 Bouncy castle and slides
🎩🐇 The Wizard
🚗🕹️ Racing car
🚒💦 Water surprise
We had a great time and we’re all glad we had the chance to get even closer. 👨👩👧👦
Our location for the next three days is Nuremberg, Germany – Embedded World Conference. Nina Rajar, Neja Jedlovčnik, Matej Slapšak and Primož Zajec are already waiting for you to have a constructive debate about your challenges and our solutions.
On Monday 27.05.2022, we were visited by 2nd year students of the mechatronics technician program from the Secondary School Of Tehnical Professions Šiška in Ljubljana. In a brief introduction, our technical director Matej Slapšak introduced our company to the students, who were also interested in seeing the production. We are pleased to be able to share our wealth of knowledge and experience with the students, as we are aware that they are the next generation of employees, which is why we also encourage internships during the school year.
On Saturday, 28.5.22, we put work aside and all the employees of L-Tek d.o.o. went to Javorovica. A few persistent employees cycled all the way from Šentjernej, despite the rain. The social gathering was held in a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. Our taste buds were catered for by the L-Tek masterchef team, who prepared more than excellent food at a high level. Not even the strudel was missing 😊 We hope to repeat this or similar gatherings in the near future.
We welcome you to join us at the Embedded World Conference
We would like to inform you that we will be exhibiting at Embedded World Conference, which will take place from 21 to 23 June 2022 at the Nuremberg Exhibition Centre in Germany. This leading international world fair focuses exclusively on embedded technologies and reflects the trends in this sector. We will be there to present our piece of the puzzle in the field of embedded technologies, IoT, Medical and Production.
On 31.12.2021, we successfully completed the three-year project ”Connecting Simulations, Machines and Tools to Optimise the Polymer Manufacturing Process” (CoSiMa). The project was implemented under the programe Promoting the implementation of research and development projects (TRL 3-6), within the Operational Programme for the Implementation of the European Cohesion Policy 2014-2020, and is classified under S4: INDUSTRY 4.0, Factories of the future. In addition to the consortium partners’ own shares, the operation is co-financed by the European Union from the European Regional Development Fund and the Ministry of Education, Science and Sport.
Six consortium partners were involved:
Razvojni center orodjarstva Slovenije TECOS (lead partner),
Kolektor Orodjarna (Postojna) d.o.o.,
Gorenje Orodjarna d.o.o.,
Fakulteta za tehnologijo polimerov,
L-TEK Elektronika in
TEHNOPLAST, Anton Krebelj s.p.
The project contributed to the further development of automation and digitisation of the injection moulding process in line with Industry 4.0 guidelines. We have developed a link between simulations of the injection moulding process, which simulate the flow of the polymer melt inside the tool, and the polymer injection moulding machine, which controls the entire process.
The industrial research and experimental development carried out represents an important contribution to the real-time adaption and response of the injection moulding process to process and environmental disturbance, with improved control over current process parameters. Future research and development will focus on even better mathematical models for more accurate prediction of process conditions during injection moulding of the mould nest.
